Treat the Census as a starting snapshot
Strathnairn's 2021 Census recorded 83.3% separate houses and 16.3% semi-detached, terrace or townhouse dwellings. Those figures describe the suburb at that time, not homes completed afterwards. Tell us the property type and whether the room is finished, awaiting handover or still being planned.
Check the completed wall and outlets
If you have building plans, use them to explain the intended TV location, then confirm the installed power, antenna and data points with photos when access is available. A plan or a newer home does not prove that backing or a concealed cable route exists at the chosen height.
