Allow for attached homes
Page's 2021 occupied dwellings included 25.9% semi-detached, terrace or townhouse properties and 70.3% separate houses. For an attached dwelling, mention shared access or management arrangements. A photo facing the proposed TV wall should include the nearest sockets and any cabinet that will remain.
Keep a rental request within the agreed scope
The local rental share was 32.2%. If you rent, confirm which fixing and cable alterations have been agreed. If you only want to replace the TV on an existing mount, say so, and send the bracket details for assessment rather than assuming a full new installation is needed.
