An attached-home installation needs its own context
In Cook's 2021 occupied-dwelling profile, 36.2% were semi-detached, terrace or townhouse homes and 60.3% were separate houses. If your preferred TV wall is shared, mention that along with any manager's instructions. This is a prompt to assess the wall and permissions, not an assumption that a particular fixing or cable route is available.
Allow space for bracket movement
If you want the screen to turn towards another seating position, show both viewpoints and nearby doors or cabinetry. A moving bracket needs its own compatibility and wall-support check. If a fixed position already works for the room, explain that so the quote addresses your actual viewing need.
