Make the larger-home scope explicit
McKellar's 2021 occupied-dwelling profile recorded 94.0% separate houses and 61.0% with four or more bedrooms. If several rooms need TVs, label the main lounge, bedroom or other space in your photos. List each screen separately and say whether it is already mounted or waiting to be installed.
Keep soundbar and cable needs room-specific
A lounge may need a soundbar and several devices while a bedroom needs only the TV. Include those differences in the quote form. Do not assume a suitable concealed route in every wall because one room already has hidden cables.
