Mounting and cable hiding are different checks. We assess mounting support separately. In-wall cable hiding needs an accessible plasterboard cavity; a visible surface cover can be assessed for a solid wall.
No. New power, antenna and data points are separately scoped. Recessed power behind the TV can be considered for a clear wall and plug clearance.
