List rooms before comparing brackets
The 2021 Flynn ACT profile recorded 96.7% separate houses, with 58.0% of occupied dwellings having four or more bedrooms. If the job includes a lounge and another room, list the screen model and normal viewing position for each. Do not assume the same bracket movement is needed in both.
Check connections at the chosen wall
Photograph each room's power, antenna and data points if present. If the preferred TV wall has no connections, flag that before choosing a cable-hiding package. The house profile is useful context for room planning but does not reveal the internal cavity or the route between outlets.

Census figures describe occupied private dwellings, excluding visitor-only and other non-classifiable households, within the ABS 2021 suburb boundary. They are a historical snapshot, not a survey of your property. Installation suggestions are our application of that context; wall construction, permissions and cable routes need individual assessment.
