Use the living room as the starting point
Scullin's 2021 Census recorded 79.9% separate houses and 52.5% three-bedroom dwellings. If the main living room is being rearranged, show the new seating position and furniture to be retained. The installation should fit the revised room, not simply follow the old bracket height.
Confirm the permitted cable finish
Rented dwellings made up 32.5% of the profile. If you rent, agree any new fixings or wall openings before scheduling. Include existing outlet positions so a straightforward replacement can be distinguished from work that also needs new connections.
