The property type changes the brief
Hawker ACT's 2021 occupied dwellings included 66.7% separate houses and 20.1% flats or apartments. For a unit, describe building access and relevant manager's conditions. For a house, show the whole viewing space, especially if the new screen will occupy a different position from the old one.
Keep a second TV separate in the quote
Dwellings with four or more bedrooms made up 47.3% of the profile. If you are also adding a bedroom TV, identify it as another entry rather than combining both screens into one description. The equipment, mount and cable route may differ between rooms.
