Melba's 2021 occupied private dwellings included 80.2% separate houses and 17.5% semi-detached, terrace or townhouse homes. If your property is attached, explain any known shared-wall conditions. For either type, show the viewing position and the full wall so furniture and doors are considered.
Give a second room its own connections
Dwellings with four or more bedrooms represented 49.4%. If you are fitting out a second room, photograph its own power and antenna points rather than relying on the lounge photos. State whether that room needs an additional TV mounted or a TV moved from elsewhere.
