Identify an attached or separate home
Watson's 2021 profile recorded 57.9% separate houses and 29.5% semi-detached, terrace or townhouse dwellings. If the home is attached, mention whether the proposed wall is shared and whether you have instructions from a manager. For either type, include doors and furniture in the room photo so bracket movement can be considered.
Keep access separate from the mounting position
If the TV is going upstairs, describe the stairs and where the boxed screen is stored. If it is staying on the ground floor, show the intended wall and the existing outlets. The housing statistics provide context; they do not establish the number of floors or access conditions at your Watson address.
