Allow for both houses and units
O’Connor's 2021 occupied dwellings were 66.0% separate houses and 18.5% flats or apartments. For a unit, include the building access and relevant work conditions. For a house, show the chosen wall and the distance to your main seat, especially if you are moving the TV from a cabinet to the wall.
Confirm changes in a rented home
The same Census recorded 37.7% rented dwellings. If you rent, establish the permitted fixing and cable finish before requesting installation. Include any existing bracket or wall plate in your photos, but leave its reuse subject to checking the new TV and wall support.
