Reid is not one type of installation
In Reid's 2021 Census profile, 36.2% of occupied private dwellings were separate houses and 41.3% were flats or apartments. For a house, show the intended wall and connections; for an apartment, add the unit access and any building conditions. These different starting points matter more to an installation brief than choosing a bracket from the suburb name.
Check whether heritage information applies to your property
The ACT Heritage Register includes the Reid Housing Precinct. That does not mean every Reid property has the same controls, or that every TV installation needs approval. If your property is within the registered precinct, check its entry and obtain property-specific advice before agreeing alterations. Tell us about any restrictions on fixing or cable work so the proposed finish can be discussed before booking.

They are a historical snapshot, not a survey of your property. Installation suggestions are our application of that context; wall construction, permissions and cable routes need individual assessment.
