Three different starting points
Dickson's 2021 occupied dwellings included 49.2% flats or apartments, 21.5% semi-detached, terrace or townhouse properties and 29.6% separate houses. For a flat, explain unit access; for an attached home, flag shared-property conditions; for a house, photograph the proposed wall from the seating position. This keeps the request specific to your property.
Check the finish before moving equipment
If the TV is moving to another wall, include the old and new positions in your photos. Show where the console, soundbar and other devices will stay. A change of wall can also change the connection scope, so ask about cable hiding and additional points as separate parts of the quote.
