Check the dwelling rather than assume a house
Separate houses made up 67.2% of Downer's occupied private dwellings in 2021, while flats or apartments accounted for 16.9%. For a unit installation, tell us about shared access and any conditions on the work. For a house, include a wide room photo showing doors, furniture and the preferred TV position.
Keep a rented room adaptable
The Census recorded 36.1% rented dwellings. If you rent and expect to move, discuss the approved cable finish and whether an existing bracket is to remain with the property. Photograph its label and fixing position if visible; an old mount should be assessed for the replacement TV rather than assumed compatible.
