Plan your Pearce installation.
Attached and separate homes need different context
Pearce's 2021 occupied private dwellings were 32.5% semi-detached, terrace or townhouse properties and 63.2% separate houses. If a shared wall is the intended TV wall, tell us what is known about it and any conditions on alterations. A photograph helps identify the position but cannot prove the wall's internal construction.
Keep the second room's viewing position distinct
Dwellings with four or more bedrooms represented 41.3%. If your request includes another TV room, show its seating or bed position separately. Include which connected devices will remain nearby before choosing a fixed or moving bracket.
Sources and local planning notes
Census figures describe occupied private dwellings, excluding visitor-only and other non-classifiable households, within the ABS 2021 suburb boundary. They are a historical snapshot, not a survey of your property. Installation suggestions are our application of that context; wall construction, permissions and cable routes need individual assessment.
