Use the property type to complete the brief
Garran's 2021 Census recorded 61.0% separate houses, 22.5% semi-detached, terrace or townhouse properties and 16.5% flats or apartments. For a unit, describe building access; for an attached home, include known shared-wall conditions. For every type, show the viewing wall and nearest connection points.
Keep additional TVs identifiable
Dwellings with four or more bedrooms accounted for 40.6%. If several rooms need TVs, label each room's photos and equipment. A soundbar or new point requested for the lounge should not be assumed to be needed in every bedroom.
