A larger-home request needs room labels
Farrer's 2021 occupied dwellings were 73.2% separate houses and 51.6% had four or more bedrooms. If you are fitting out a lounge and another room, show both viewing positions and list the TV models separately. Include any screen that must be unmounted before reuse.
Include unit or attached-home access
The profile also included 15.3% semi-detached, terrace or townhouse homes and 11.1% flats or apartments. If that is your setting, add relevant building access and permission conditions. A suburb's house majority does not determine the wall or cable options at your address.
