Distinguish the main lounge from other rooms
Throsby's 2021 occupied-dwelling profile was 89.8% separate houses, and 68.2% had four or more bedrooms. For a multi-TV job, describe the normal viewing position in each room and list any soundbar or console. Matching TV models do not necessarily need matching mounting heights.
Check plans against the room
If the home was completed after the Census, the statistics do not describe its construction. Send current photos of the selected wall, outlets and furniture. Documented backing or cable provisions are useful to discuss, but the actual fixing and route must still be assessed.
