The Census recorded a strong attached-home share
Jacka's 2021 occupied dwellings included 54.4% semi-detached, terrace or townhouse homes and 44.7% separate houses. If your home is attached, include any shared-property conditions and access to the TV room. Later homes may differ, so describe your own property rather than relying on those proportions.
Use finished-room evidence where possible
If you are planning before handover, identify that in the request and provide the intended TV position. Once you have access, photograph the actual wall points and any documented backing information. Building plans alone do not confirm that a particular mount or cable finish can be installed.
