Franklin ACT's 2021 occupied dwellings were 49.8% separate houses and 36.6% flats or apartments. For an apartment, include the floor and building access. For a house, show the wall in relation to the seating and existing connections, particularly if the TV is moving.
Agree the finish in a rental
Rented dwellings accounted for 45.9%. If you rent, explain both the mount and any cable alterations when obtaining permission. Tell us whether the devices will stay in a cabinet or need another position once the TV is on the wall.
