Crace's 2021 profile recorded 69.5% separate houses, 15.5% semi-detached, terrace or townhouse homes and 14.8% flats or apartments. A unit brief needs building access; an attached home may need shared-property information; a house brief should show the room and connections. All still need individual wall assessment.

The local rental share was 33.8%. If you rent, confirm the proposed fixing and cable work with the property manager. Show any existing mount or cable plate, and say whether reuse or replacement is being requested.
