Apartment access can be a key part of the brief
Wright's 2021 occupied private dwellings were 49.9% flats or apartments and 39.2% separate houses. For a unit, identify the floor and any lift or stair arrangements. Show the existing wall points and where connected devices will sit before choosing the cable finish.
Separate larger-home rooms where needed
Dwellings with four or more bedrooms represented 33.6%. If your request covers several TVs in a house, use individual room photos and TV entries. An apartment-style single-room brief should not be stretched to cover other rooms without their own wall and connection details.
