Three property types need different briefs
Coombs' 2021 occupied dwellings included 37.3% separate houses, 34.6% semi-detached, terrace or townhouse homes and 27.6% flats or apartments. For a unit, include floor and building access; for an attached home, add relevant shared-property conditions; for a house, show the whole viewing room.
Check the chosen wall rather than the development style
Photograph the actual power and antenna points and identify the proposed equipment storage. Homes in the same suburb or development can need different fixes and cable routes. If the room was completed after 2021, the Census does not provide construction details for it.

They are a historical snapshot, not a survey of your property.
