Do not assume every home is detached
Denman Prospect's 2021 occupied-dwelling profile was 48.6% separate houses, 25.8% semi-detached, terrace or townhouse homes and 25.5% flats or apartments. If your property is managed, include its access and work conditions. The Census categories do not establish the material or backing of the TV wall.
Treat newer rooms as individual installations
If you are planning before handover, say which parts of the room are still to be completed. Provide current outlet and wall photos once access is available, and label separate TV rooms. Do not assume a hidden cable route simply because the home is newly built.
