Begin with the main room's arrangement
Rivett's 2021 occupied-dwelling profile was 86.9% separate houses and 53.7% three-bedroom dwellings. If the lounge is being rearranged, show the new seating position as well as the preferred wall. An existing bracket location may not be the best fit once the furniture or screen size changes.
Keep a rental's changes specific
Rented dwellings accounted for 24.7%. If you rent, confirm the mounting and cable work with the property manager. Photograph any existing holes, bracket and wall plates so reuse can be considered without assuming permission for new alterations.
