Holder ACT's 2021 occupied dwellings were 74.6% separate houses and 19.4% semi-detached, terrace or townhouse properties. In an attached home, identify any known shared wall at the intended TV position. Include manager's conditions if you have them, without assuming the same rules apply to neighbouring properties.
Plan an additional room separately
The Census recorded 39.9% of dwellings with four or more bedrooms. If another TV room is included, show its own wall points and viewing position. List separate bracket or soundbar needs so the scope follows each room rather than a single whole-house assumption.
