Describe the rooms before the equipment package
Monash ACT's 2021 occupied dwellings were 86.1% separate houses, with 41.7% having four or more bedrooms. If a lounge and bedroom need different finishes, say so in the request. List which screen needs a soundbar, new bracket or additional points.
Attached properties need their own conditions
The attached-dwelling category represented 12.2%. If yours is a townhouse or other attached home, mention shared-wall and access information you have. A cable finish seen in another property does not establish an available route in your wall.
