Plan access for the actual dwelling
Greenway's 2021 occupied private dwellings were 63.2% flats or apartments and 34.0% semi-detached, terrace or townhouse homes. For an apartment, include the floor and lift or stair arrangements. For a townhouse, identify the level of the room and any shared-access conditions.
Agree the rental's installation scope
The Census recorded 38.8% rented dwellings. If you rent, confirm the mounting and cable finish with the property manager before scheduling. Show existing connection points and the device cabinet so the proposed changes are specific rather than an open-ended request to hide every cable.
