Separate the room from the industrial building
The ACT Government's September 2020 industrial-land report describes Hume's warehousing, distribution and manufacturing context. For a screen inside those premises, describe the viewing area and the proposed mounting surface. The building's industrial use does not establish that a wall, lining or support is suitable for a TV.
Explain the site and connection requirements
Include the screen model, existing outlets and where connected devices will sit. Ask the premises manager about work access or induction conditions and provide those for review. High-level, outdoor, specialist display or wider fit-out requirements must be described explicitly so suitability is assessed before attendance is arranged.
