Keep the mounting job and wider AV work clear

A larger AV installation can include much more than mounting. Ask for soundbar positioning, equipment configuration, cable supply, new points and electrical work to be listed separately. Our Standard does not include a home-cinema package or new power point.

Compare a 75-inch installation brief

For a 75-inch TV, ask both providers for suitable in-wall cable hiding, compatible heavy-duty fixed-bracket supply and any requested AV work. List soundbar installation, reception work and electrical changes separately.

What Basic and Standard include

Basic includes position and viewing-height planning, levelling and mounting, available free-to-air channel tuning through an existing working antenna connection, and tidying accessible cables with Velcro where practical. Neatly arranging wires behind the TV or around equipment is different from concealing them inside the wall.

Standard includes Basic plus suitable in-wall cable hiding. Bracket supply, soundbar installation, antenna work and fixed electrical work are separately quoted. Fixed electrical work is carried out by an appropriately qualified electrician.
