A surface conduit finish and an in-wall finish differ. Our Standard is suitable in-wall hiding; it does not automatically cover every solid-wall route, new antenna point or electrical alteration.

The Good Guys separates Wall Mount Install from TV Setup & Connect on furniture. Its page also lists delivery and extra-travel options. When comparing a TV purchase bundle, ask which charges are included in your order rather than treating the cabinet-setup rate or delivery price as mounting.

Its terms flag installation above 1.5 metres, travel beyond 30 kilometres from the store or pickup location, parts, parking and additional labour. Delivery and old-TV removal are separate. Where no stock pickup is required, its travel notes use the nearest store as the starting point. Confirm address availability and the complete amount.

The advertised base tiers and hiding add-on match JB Hi-Fi’s checked figures. The choice between them requires your actual order, address and written scope; this guide does not infer a quality difference from matching rates.

What Basic and Standard include

Basic includes position and viewing-height planning, levelling and mounting, available free-to-air channel tuning through an existing working antenna connection, and tidying accessible cables with Velcro where practical. Neatly arranging wires behind the TV or around equipment is different from concealing them inside the wall.

Standard includes Basic plus suitable in-wall cable hiding. Bracket supply, soundbar installation, antenna work and fixed electrical work are separately quoted. Fixed electrical work is carried out by an appropriately qualified electrician.
