3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
- Payment for services is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service.
- We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal (for online bookings only).
- Cash payment upon completion is available but may require a non-refundable booking fee.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of the service or order of the product.
- Late payments may incur additional charges on the outstanding balance.
- All prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Auto billing is the default payment method for recurring services or subscription-based models at TV Mount Australia. This section outlines the terms and conditions associated with automatic billing:
- Default Enrollment: By using our services, you are automatically enrolled in auto billing, which authorizes TV Mount Australia to charge the service fee to the credit card saved in your account on the due date each billing cycle.
- Notification of Charges: We will send an invoice to your registered email address 7 days before your credit card is charged, detailing the amount to be deducted.
- Updating Billing Information: You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date. Please update your billing details promptly to avoid service disruption if your saved credit card expires or is replaced.
- Opt-Out Option: If you prefer not to participate in auto billing, you may opt out by contacting us via email or phone. Opting out of auto billing requires an alternative payment method to be arranged for future payments.
- Cancellation of Services: You may cancel your service or change your billing preferences at any time. Please note, opting out of auto billing does not waive your obligation to settle any outstanding charges.
- Failed Transactions: Should a transaction fail, you will be notified and asked to provide updated payment information. Continued failure to make payments may result in suspension of the service until the outstanding balance is cleared.
5. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
- Services: All our installations are guaranteed for a period of 3 months. Any defects in workmanship will be rectified free of charge within this period.
- Products: Our products, including mounting brackets, are covered by a 12-month warranty.
- Any defects in workmanship will be rectified free of charge within the warranty period.
- Our warranty and liability do not include any change of mind from the client.
- Our liability for damages, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services rendered.
- If the client assists with the installation and causes damage, our liability does not cover damages caused by the client.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made less than 1 business day before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
- To cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us as soon as possible.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the installation site.
- Clients must ensure that the installation area is safe and accessible for our technicians.
- Clients should not interfere with the installation process unless specifically asked to assist by our technicians. Any damage caused by client interference is not covered by our liability.
8. Privacy Policy

9. Governing Law
